Прошу прощения, я туплю - я почему-то подумал про угол атаки крыла.

Конечно, 2.5:1 - это должен быть котангенс (прилежащий к противолежащему).
У меня получилось atan(1/2.5)*180/pi = 21.8 градусов к горизонту.
