При таком размере скорость вращения получается не очень большая.
Если поделить 8000 км/ч на 270 метров и ещё на пи, получится всего-то два с половиной оборота в секунду.
А вот центростремительное ускорение ажно 3700 ж. А 3700 ж это прямо много.
