борьба с лампочками накаливания - это, увы, не британская специфика. Во всей Европе - то же самое (во Франции - нет ничего от 60 и выше). Исключение сделано только для галогенных трубочек.
Я лично вижу за этой компанией длинную руку Филлипса :)
